How much does shipping cost?
Postage and packaging, within New Zealand, is completely free.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we are only shipping to customers based in New Zealand.
How do you ship?
We ship via a tracked courier service with CourierPost. You won’t need to sign on delivery, and you’ll have the option for the courier to leave your parcel safely at your door if you’re not home for collection.
How long does shipping take?
We generally process and dispatch all orders within one business day, so that, depending on where in New Zealand you are located, your product should arrive within two to three business days.
Can I pick up my product?
Unfortunately not. To keep our prices down, we do not have a physical store and do not have the facilities available for pickup. If you urgently need a product or can’t have it delivered, please get in touch and we’ll help you out as best we can.
