What happens if I receive the product and I don’t like it?
We offer a no-questions-asked, fourteen day money back guarantee. Should you want to return your product for any reason at all, call us on 0800 FLOSSER or email email@example.com. We’ll refund your item in full once we’ve received it returned, provided you’ve contacted us within fourteen days of your product arriving.
What happens if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
If your product arrives damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us and we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement product immediately.
I’ve placed an order but I want to cancel it. Can I do this?
If you’ve placed an order and it hasn’t shipped yet, please get in touch and we’ll cancel the order. You’ll receive your money back in full. If the item has shipped, you can return the unopened package and receive a full refund, as long as you contact us within fourteen days of receipt.
